Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the ANVIL website at anvillab.tech and the ANVIL workbench at anvillab.tech/app/ collect, and what they do not. "We" and "us" mean the ANVIL team. Questions go to hello@anvillab.tech.
Summary
- There are no accounts. We do not ask for your name, email address or any other personal details to use the site or the workbench.
- The website sets no cookies and runs no scripts at all: no analytics, advertising or tracking.
- Every website page, stylesheet and image is served from anvillab.tech. No third-party content is loaded.
- Like any web server, ours records basic request logs, described below.
The workbench and your circuit data
The workbench runs every simulation in your browser. Your topology choice, specifications, device sizes, netlists and simulation results are not sent to our servers or to anyone else. Files you download, such as the netlist and the JSON report, are generated in your browser.
The workbench sets no cookies, loads nothing from third parties, and does not use your browser's storage to identify you. Anything it keeps in your browser stays on your device until you clear it.
When you open the workbench, your browser loads it from anvillab.tech/app/. Those are ordinary web requests and appear in the request logs described below.
Request logs
The servers that deliver this site record standard information about each request: the IP address it came from, the date and time, the page or file requested, the response status, the referring page and the browser's user-agent string. We use these logs only to operate the service, keep it secure and diagnose faults. We do not use them to build profiles of visitors, we do not combine them with other data, and we do not sell or share them except with the hosting provider that stores them on our behalf, or where the law requires it.
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you put in the message, including any files you attach. We use it only to reply and to resolve what you wrote about, and we delete it when it is no longer needed for that.
Children
The site and workbench are tools for professional circuit design and are not directed at children.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its use. Because we hold no accounts, the only personal data we may have is request logs and email. Write to hello@anvillab.tech and we will respond.
Changes
If we change what we collect, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
